A personal training session uses combinations of Cardio, Ab work, Flexibility and Strength Training, all tailored towards your specific goals.
Using our fantastic personal training rig, along with free weights, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, TRX Suspension training, battle ropes, plyometric boxes plus much more, you will BURN MORE FAT, TONE & BUILD MUSCLE, IMPROVE YOUR CORE and CARDIOVASULAR SYSTEM and flexibility for optimal performance in everyday activies, reduce health risk, feel and look fantastic.
You will be given nutritional advice. PLUS if you are part of our monthy personal training plan you can get workouts to help you achieve your goals outside of sessions as well as body fat analysis , weight and measurements with weekly/monthly check ins in our fitness app, and your personal macros with a basic nutrtrional plan tailored to your calorific goal . Other Nutritional plans can be Bought seperately if desired.
We are dedicated to training individuals & groups using great motivation skills and insuring training is fun but beneficially results driven.
Courses are always bespoke to the needs of our clients taking into consideration their requirements and goals.
Whatever your needs: lose weight, get fit, tone up, increase strength, pre and post natal or just getting started – we can help you achieve your goals.
An assessment of your fitness levels, lifestyle, diet and goals will be carried out in order for a personalised programme to be created.

MONTHLY PT PLANS
1 hour 1-1 sessions :
4 sessions per month = £120 ( based on 1 per week – fitness app for check ins included)
8 sessions per month =£240 ( based on 2 per week – Plus online /on demand classes included and fitness app for check ins )
12 sessions per month = £380 ( based on 3 per week – plus online /on demand classes included and fitness app for checkins )

Express 45 min 1-1 sessions:
4 sessions per month =£100- based on 1 per week
8 sessions per month = £200 (Based on 2 per week – plus access to our online/on demand classes and fitness app for check ins )
12 sessions per month = £300 (plus Access to our online / on demand Classes included and fitness app for checkins )
NEW super Express 30 mins 1-1 Sessions
short on time?? Don’t worry we now offer 30 minutes super express PT
(this is based on MINIMUM of 2 per week )
8 sessions per month (2per week) £160
12 sessions per Month (3 per week) £220 ( plus access to our online/on demand classes included)
(for longer months you will be charged pro rata amount for any extra sessions required depending on your plan)

Group Personal Training
If you don’t like to train alone -group training may be for you-programs are custom designed in a 2-4 person format designed to meet your goals. We work closely with each client to create an optimum workout based on your age, ability, physical condition and lifestyle.
The reason Group Personal Training is successful, is that besides being AFFORDABLE for everyone, you also work side-by-side with other like-minded individuals who have made fitness a priority in their life. Working out along side other people with a similar interest creates an additional motivation which in turn helps you achieve goals quicker.
Prices and Offers
Group Personal Training is £17.50per person, per session
(minimum of 2 people, maximum of 5 people).
Group Personal Training can be booked in either a block of 5 sessions for 87.50 person or 10 sessions for £175 per person per 60min sessions
(45min options )
£15 per person – booked in a block of 5 for £75 per person
All personal training sessions must be booked and paid in advance of session and a minimum of 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Block bookings are based on a minium of 1 session per week.
