Fitness training designed for children ages 5-11 years.
With child obesity on the rise this session is a great way to introduce young people to exercise, helping develop positive life long habits, focusing on strength, speed, and flexibility. This is also great for complete beginners right through to those already involved in sport and dance.
When is the class?
Every Friday at 5pm – 5:45pm.
£4 per session (Pay As You Go) or £18 for 5 classes.
